1. Morning Exercise

Morning exercise is fresher than in the afternoon because the morning air is cool, the sun is good for the skin, and blood circulation is also smoother. By getting up early and exercising in the morning will not stress you out, and you still have plenty of time to do other things. Start with stretching, then cardio exercises like jumping jacks, brisk walking / jogging.


2. Make a To Do List

i usually most do it for make my study things more well planned and neat. but sometimes I don't make it too. it depends my mood. if I want do it, I will do it. if I don't want to, I don't do it. but make sure keep you study on focus, it will be satisfied yourself.


3. Make  healthy provisions

Don't forget to make lunch that is rich in protein and high nutrition so that you are full but don't get hungry quickly. Avoid fried foods, snacks, and junk food as they are high in calories and low in nutrients. Healthy lunch is a stock that contains lots of protein, fiber and enough carbs.


4. Sleep

study will take all of your energy you must have enough energy for study. according to google have 7-9 hours sleep of a day is how we get best sleep, but for myself sleep 5-8 hours is enough to get best sleep. how many times you take for a sleep is depend of your body need. if you exhausted, have a long time for sleep is good too.

To see maximum results you must regularly do these habits. If you are consistent, you will be sure that your life will be healthier, fresher, and more productive. Consistency is a commitment guys.
