Pan Material :  1. Libanes 2. Beef 3. Lectus 4. chili sauce 5. mayonnaise 6. Cheese Ways of making : 1. Heat a skillet with cooking oil then cook the libanes. 2. Go back and forth when the libanes are cooked so they don't burn. When they are done, put them on a plate. 3. Heat the beef, then chop the lectus vegetables. 4. After that, put the vegetables on top of the lebanese then coat with chili sauce. 5. Place the beef on top of the sauce and vegetables, then coat with sauce and mayonnaise. 6. Place the cheese slices and fold them according to the video. 7. Morning Exercise Morning exercise is fresher than in the afternoon because the morning air is cool, the sun is good for the skin, and blood circulation is also smoother. By getting up early and exercising in the morning will not stress you out, and you still have plenty of time to do other things. Start with stretching, then cardio exercises like jumping jacks, brisk walking / jogging. 2.
